Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
In plain terms, first. Our apps are built to be useful without collecting your life. The content you create generally stays on your device and, where an app offers sync, in your own private iCloud. We don't run servers that collect that content, we don't connect to your bank, and we don't sell or share your information. The full detail is below.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Our apps are created and operated by Trishify (also known as Trishify Tech Studios) ("we", "us", "our"), a software studio operating the website trishify.com. This policy explains how our apps (such as DueMinder) and our website handle information, and the choices you have. It covers all of the apps we publish; if a particular app handles data differently, we'll make that clear in the app or its App Store privacy details. If you have questions, contact us at support (at) trishify.com.
2. The short version
We design our apps to be useful without collecting your life. In practice that generally means:
- The content you create in an app stays on your device and, where the app offers it, in your own private iCloud.
- Our apps do not require you to create an account with us and do not connect to your bank.
- We operate no server that receives or stores the personal content you create.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and our apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- A small number of well-known Apple and Google services help our apps run, process any purchases, and (in some apps) show ads. These are listed below.
3. What stays on your device
The content you create in our apps (for example, the items, notes, amounts, dates, and categories you choose to record) is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. The exact information depends on the app you're using. It is used only to provide that app's features (what Apple calls App Functionality). It is not linked to your identity by us and is not used to track you.
4. Optional iCloud sync
Where an app offers iCloud sync and you enable it, your data is synchronized across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud account, operated by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud contents. You can turn sync off at any time in the app or in your device's iCloud settings.
5. No account, no bank connections
Our apps do not ask you to create an account with us, and they do not connect to a bank, card network, or financial institution. You decide what to add and what details to include. Nothing is pulled automatically from your financial accounts. If an app ever needs to work differently, we will disclose that clearly in the app and its App Store privacy details.
6. In-app purchases
Where an app offers optional in-app purchases, they are sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. When you buy or restore a purchase, Apple processes the transaction; we do not see or store your card number or full payment details. To check and manage purchase status reliably across your devices, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives the purchase identifiers from Apple (such as transaction and product IDs and an anonymous app user ID) needed to validate the purchase. RevenueCat does not receive the content you create in our apps. We use purchase history only to operate these purchases (App Functionality); it is not used to track you.
7. Third-party services we use
To run our apps we rely on a small set of established service providers. Not every app uses every provider, and each provider has its own privacy policy:
- Apple: App Store, StoreKit purchases, and (where offered) iCloud sync. Apple Privacy Policy ↗
- RevenueCat: validates and manages your purchases, as described above. RevenueCat Privacy ↗
- Google AdMob with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent: used in the apps that show ads. The consent prompt lets you make ad-personalization choices where required. Google Privacy Policy ↗
- Firebase (by Google): Remote Config to roll out features, plus Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage in aggregate and diagnose crashes. This helps us improve stability and is not used to identify you personally. Firebase Privacy & Security ↗
We do not control these providers' practices, but we choose them with privacy in mind and configure them to avoid tracking you across other companies' apps and websites.
8. Children
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
9. Security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security and app sandbox. Where an app offers it, an optional App Lock (Face ID / Touch ID / passcode) keeps the app's contents private even if your device is unlocked. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using Apple's platform safeguards.
10. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Because the content you create generally lives on your device and in your private iCloud, you remain in direct control of it. You can view, edit, and delete it at any time from within the app, and export it where the app offers that. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right or ask a question, email support (at) trishify.com.
11. Retention & deletion
We don't hold the content you create on our servers, so retention is in your hands: it stays until you delete it. Deleting an item removes it from the app; using an app's "clear all data" option or deleting the app removes the local data, and disabling iCloud sync and removing the iCloud copy removes the synced data. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics and crash data retained by our providers follow their own retention schedules.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps evolve or as laws change. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use our apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the apps published by Trishify (also known as Trishify Tech Studios) ("we", "us") and the trishify.com website. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the apps.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to each app.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our apps. In particular, you will not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit an app; use it to break any law; or interfere with its security or intended operation.
3. In-app purchases
Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases, which can include auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. All purchases are sold by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you make a purchase. The available options and their prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency, and may change with notice as permitted by Apple. Any one-time purchase does not renew.
4. Disclaimers
Our apps are personal productivity and organization tools provided for your convenience. They are not professional advice of any kind (including financial, legal, tax, medical, or accounting advice) and they do not act on your behalf. For example, an app that reminds you about something (such as a bill) helps you remember it but does not pay, file, or otherwise complete it for you, and you remain responsible for acting on it. Features, reminders, and information are provided for your convenience only and may be affected by device settings, permissions, time zones, or system limitations; we do not guarantee that any reminder or notification will be delivered. We are not liable for any fee, penalty, or loss resulting from a missed, late, or mistimed action. Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trishify and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) our apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in question in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes to the app and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of our apps, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we revise the Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.
